A healthy future starts today. Between the ages of 45 and 67, your risk of health problems increases, often without you even realizing it. A quick check-up and some advice can make a big difference.

We invite all Breda residents aged 45 to 67 to participate for free. During the test day, we'll measure your blood pressure, cholesterol, and strength, among other things. We'll also discuss lifestyle topics like nutrition, stress, sleep, and exercise. You'll receive immediate advice and, if necessary, a referral to appropriate support services in your neighborhood.
