You can only participate in the free Health Test if you have registered in advance via this website. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email with all the practical information.

In order to be able to welcome all participants calmly, we work with 10-minute time slots. Please arrive on time so that we can assist you properly. The test takes approximately 60 minutes in total.

Wear comfortable clothing and shoes. This will make the fitness and strength tests easier.

During the test day, professionals and volunteers will be on hand to assist you. Coffee and tea will be provided at the locations.

There will also be people from Hello Breda present who can help if there is a language barrier.
